Inventory

Inventory is the catalogue behind an order. It answers: what can I sell, at what rate, and how does the supplier get paid later?

There are two lists in the dashboard:

Area	What it is	Typical use
My catalogue	Properties you own	Your hotel rooms, your activities
Suppliers	Partner operators on the platform	A lodge you resell, a transfer company

Owned inventory uses published rack rates. Partner inventory uses a contract (or published rates if you have not contracted yet).

Supplier payout (TurnStay wallet, bank EFT, or cash retain) is set on the supplier. That is fulfillment, not invoicing. Forex on the order only decides how the guest is invoiced.

Key ideas

Term	Meaning
Supplier	A property or operator (hotel, activity, transfer)
Product	Something sellable (a room type, a flight, a dinner)
Owned link	This supplier is yours. It shows under My catalogue
Contracted link	You resell this supplier under a rate agreement
Payout channel	Where their share goes later: wallet, EFT, or cash
